나의 두 번째 바르셀로나 My 2nd time in Barcelona

 

또다시 혼자만의 여행.

다음엔 꼭 누군가와 함께할 것이라고 다짐했었는데.

A solo journey again.
I promised I'd be with someone next time tho.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4박 5일간의 숙소는 어느 가정집의 방 하나를 여행자의 숙소로 내놓은 곳이었다.

부부에겐 18~19살쯤 돼 보이는 아들이 한 명 있었고, 아들의 아버지는 엄청난 골초였다!

몬쥬익 분수 바로 근처 아파트가 그들의 집이었는데, 여행자의 숙소로 집을 사용하고 있어서인지, 늘 조용했다.

세탁기와 가구들은 정말 오래되고 낡았지만, 쓰는데 전혀 지장이 없었고, 집안은 늘 어두워서 상당히 근검절약하는 집이구나 생각했다.

엘리베이터가 없는 아파트의 계단은 낮에도 어둡지만, 밤엔 정말 어두워서 핸드폰 불빛을 사용해야만 했다.

유럽은 건축법이 엄격해서 건물을 고칠 때에도 외부는 그대로 두고, 내부만 바꿔야 한다더니,,,

외부를 손대기 어려운 만큼 내부도 바꾸기 어렵나 보다. 아니면 별로 불편함을 못 느낀다든지... :)

모든 것을 순식간에 바꿔버리는 우리나라 문화보다 대부분의 생활 양식이 느리게 흘러가는 유럽 문화는

사람들의 성격과 가치관에 어떤 영향을 줄까?

한 번 만들면 천천히 그 역사를 쌓아가려는 느긋하고도 장중한 움직임.

앞으로 내게 필요한 그 무언가이다.

 

The five days stay was the place where one of the family's room was offered as the traveler's.

The couple had a son who looked about 18 or 19 years old, and his father was a heavy smoker!

 Their home was the apartment near the Fontaine magique de Montjuïc, 

but it was always quiet, perhaps because they were using it as a traveler's quarters.

The washing machines and furniture were really old, but that was no problem to use, 

and the house was always dark, so I thought it was a pretty frugal house.

The stairs of an apartment without an elevator were dark during the day,

but it was really dark at night, so I had to use a cell phone light.

I know that Europe has strict building codes so that when they fix the building,

they have to keep the outside and change the inside only.

Perhaps it is difficult to change the inside as it is difficult to touch the outside.

Or they do not feel very uncomfortable ...

How does European culture, which is slower than most Korean lifestyles, affect people's personality and values?

Once it starts making it, it is slowly and cherishly trying to build up its history.
